Who can join

You must be 21 or older to create an account or use The Cigar Passport. By signing up you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is accurate. One account per person.

Community rules

Reviews, lounge notes, and photos are shared with other members and, in some cases, the public. When you post, you agree:

No harassment, threats, hate, or personal attacks on members, lounge staff, or anyone else.
No spam, advertising, fake reviews, or reviews of places you haven't visited.
No illegal content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights. Only upload photos you took or have permission to share, and respect people who don't want to be photographed.
No buying, selling, or trading tobacco or cigars through the site.
No private information about other people, such as phone numbers or home addresses.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on the site, in the ways you chose, for as long as it is posted.

Moderation and removal

Site admins and lounge managers can hide, decline, or remove reviews, notes, and photos that break these rules or that a lounge doesn't want shown. Some lounges review photos before they appear. We may remove content without notice, but we try to be fair and consistent.

Blocking and reporting

You can block any member from their review, photo, lounge notes, or shared passport. Blocked members and you stop seeing each other's content; manage your list under Blocked members. Use "Report" on a review or photo to flag it for moderators. Reports are reviewed by people, not acted on automatically.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misrepresent their age, or put other members at risk.

Disclaimer

The Cigar Passport is provided "as is". Lounge details, hours, and ratings come from members and may be out of date; check with the lounge before you go. Reviews are members' opinions, not ours. We aren't responsible for lounges, events, or products listed on the site. Tobacco use carries health risks; follow local laws and lounge rules. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and let members know on the site. Questions? email support@thecigarpassport.com.
